It’s a bumper edition!
Read all the latest news within the club and what is on over the next week in training – yes, at least six training sessions to choose from (don’t do them all, that’s reserved for me!).
I’ve also included a feature on Tom Sclanders great half marathon run on Saturday because his approach to training was text book, thinking about how to run in each session to train the correct energy systems. I’m not expecting all of you to be running 30-40 miles per week but it is worth looking at the principles he applied, even if you scale down the mileage.
