Join us in Graveley High Street, opposite the George and Dragon

8:30am for a 5K run returning ready for

9:05am for a 10K run through Wymondley and Hitchin

All road based.

Suitable for all Striders who can run the distances shown continuously at a pace of 11 min/mile or faster. We use regrouping to make sure we don’t get lost or lose anyone so quicker runners in the group can run as fast as they want but should expect to run an extra 1-2 miles.

This session is suitable for all abilities.

We use the areas within the Fairlands Valley lakes complex for four different interval and hills workouts. This works on your technique, running efficiently, strength and speed.

We will be training in our three ability based groups:

Improvers – 4 mile route

Intermediates – 5.5 mile route

Advanced – 6.5 mile route

Each of the groups will be using a downward ladder shaped interval session.

1×8 min/2 min, 2 x 6 min/2 min, 2×4 min/2 min, 2 x 1 min/1 min
