Speed endurance @ Hampson Park, Webb rise

With our speed endurance session, we go out in 4 different ability training groups and follow a defined route, using time efforts/intervals with timed recoveries. This session develops your running efficiency, technique and ability to sustain speed for longer.

Training groups:

muntjacs/improvers – 4 mile route

does/intermediates – 5 mile route

fallows/advanced – 6 mile route

gazelles/elites – 7 mile route

4/7/19 – 10x 3 mins/90 secs

18/7/19 – muntjacs and does – 7×4 mins/2 mins, fallows – 6×5 mins/2 mins, gazelles – 5×6 mins/2 mins

23/7/19 – 3x(10x1min/1 min)/3 mins
