Our track sessions are held at Ridlins stadium, Woodcock Road. 7pm start.

They are suitable for all abilities and have a structured approach containing:

– warm up and mobilisations

– drills to work in aspects of your running style

– main session

– cool down and static stretching

Session details for 2020

January – 3x(4x200m/30secs)/4 mins

February – 300m parlauuf

March – 1500m time trial or 6-8x400m/90secs

April – 200m/400m/600m/800m/(1000m)/800m/600m/400m/200m

May- bleep test and/or 8x300m/90 secs

June- 3-4x100m, 3-4 x200m, 3-4 x 300m, 3-4 x 400m

July – magic mile or 6-8x400m/90 secs

August- 10x200m shuttles

September – 1500m time trial or 8-10 x 300m

October – 4-6x800m/2 mins

November – 6x(500m+100m)/2 mins

December – 6x600m/2 min
