Half marathon training plans – October 2018

 

The following plans are designed to be used leading up to either the Peterborough half marathon or Royal Parks half marathon, both being held in 14/10/2018.

They are based on three high quality run sessions each week with the club. However, core and cross training can be used between these sessions, particularly for those aiming for sub 2 hour times.

The plans can be adapted for other half marathons. If you have any doubts or queries please speak to Chris Leigh.
