This year’s Menzies 5K & 10K is bigger, better, and bursting with exciting updates designed to give every runner an unforgettable race day experience:

🆕 Brand New 5K Race

We’re thrilled to introduce a brand new road free standalone 5k race, perfect for newer runners or anyone looking to test their speed over a shorter distance.

🛣️ New Flatter, Faster 10K Route

Our 10k course has been completely redesigned! It’s now flatter, smoother, road free and built for PBs, making it more accessible while still showcasing the beauty of Stevenage.

🔁 Go the Distance with the Combi

Feeling ambitious? Run both the 5k and 10k in our new Combi Challenge!

🎪 New Race Village at Fairlands Valley Park

We’re moving the action to the picturesque Fairlands Valley Park, now home to our vibrant new race village – complete with food, stalls, music, and more. It’s the perfect place for supporters and families to cheer you on.

🚗 Free Parking

All participants and spectators can enjoy free parking at the venue – no stress, no extra cost.

👕 Fresh Shirt Design

All 10K finishers will receive our newly designed race T-shirt, exclusive to 2025 and inspired by the energy of the event.

🏅 Innovative Medal Design

Finishers of the 5K and 10K will each receive a unique medal – but here’s the twist: join them together and they reveal a hidden 15k design, celebrating your full achievement if you conquer both races.
