Each of our run leaders are DBS checked and follow an agreed set of club protocols, most have basic first aid training too and some are LiRF (Leadership in Running Fitness) trained which is a course set up by England Athletics to train them to help our runners.
Our group training runs (speed endurance) have set run leaders assigned (please see below who predominately leads which group).
Our run leaders guide each training session, making sure everyone is safe and getting the most they can from the run, these are also the forefront of our club and your go to for you and any questions or issues you may have.
